These salty spicy roasted almonds were a huge hit at our holiday bash a couple weeks ago. To my mind, they’re the perfect party food because you subliminally drink more when eating them. (These are a little spicy, I’d better have some more Champagne. And they’re a little salty, hey, I’m thirsty, better have some more Champagne, etc) They couldn’t be easier. Simply whisk egg whites, and then fold in sugar, rosemary, cayenne and fleur de sel and roast. For recipe, click here.
